Yes. We export worldwide and have supplied buyers across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, among others. We handle bulk supply, complete project kits, and OEM/ODM orders for overseas contractors and distributors.
We are a manufacturer with our own production base, so you buy direct from the factory with no middleman margin. That also lets us hold stock, run custom fabrication, and keep quality consistent from raw material to finished part.
We make cantilever scaffolding systems and their full range of accessories, cantilever I-beams, H-section steel, adjustable tie rods, closed-body turnbuckles, twin-ear anchors, embedded parts, positioning pins, and couplers. We also supply formwork accessories, edge-protection and site-safety facilities, and custom-fabricated hardware for non-standard projects.
Yes. We make cantilever beams to custom lengths and offer adjustable-angle beams plus rotatable corner and angle fittings, so the system follows the facade at setbacks, transfer floors, and corners. We also fabricate non-standard and heavy hardware to your drawings.
The traditional method buries a long I-beam in the slab and anchors it with cast-in rings. Our system keeps a short beam outside the building, bolts it to an embedded insert, and carries the outer end with an inclined tie rod set at 45° or steeper and tensioned by a closed-body turnbuckle. It uses 50–56% less steel, installs faster, and the bolted parts are reusable across projects.
Cantilever beams are typically 16# or 18# hot-rolled I-beams in Q235 steel, with a section height of at least 160 mm and spacing kept within about 1.6 m. The exact size follows the project load calculation, and we cut custom lengths, commonly from about 1.3 to 2.4 m. H-section steel is available where higher capacity is needed.
The tie rods, turnbuckles, and fasteners are hot-dip galvanized, since they sit outdoors for months on a live scaffold. Beams and other parts are finished to suit the application, and threads ship with protective caps or sleeves to keep them clean and adjustable.
Yes. We supply mill certificates and load/inspection test reports with the hardware, so your engineer and site QA have the documentation they need. Every batch is checked before it leaves the factory.
Our structural steel and hardware are produced to recognized international standards, including ASTM, EN, and GB, and we use Q235 steel with grade 8.8 high-strength bolts on the load-bearing connections. Tell us the standard your project specifies and we will supply to it.
Lead time depends on order size and how much is custom, and we confirm it at the quotation stage. We ship worldwide by sea and can quote on common terms such as FOB or CIF, with the kit matched and thread-checked before dispatch.
Yes. We support OEM and ODM orders, including custom specifications, private labeling, and complete matched project kits fabricated to your dimensions.
We keep the minimum order flexible and can accommodate trial quantities, and samples are available before a bulk order. Share your project scope and we will advise the most practical order structure.
Yes. Send us the building height, floor cycle, and facade details, and we will spec the beams, tie rods, turnbuckles, anchors, and pins as one matched kit, in the right lengths and finish. Product selection help is part of the service.
Yes. We supply installation drawings and the torque figures for the hardware, along with technical guidance so your crew installs the system correctly. Support continues by email through the project.
